Go through to get through

If you’re going through pain, struggles, depression, anxiety, fears, and etc. I know being told to “keep going” may sound easier said then done. I know someone can easily say “toughen up” but in reality, it’s hard to. It’s hard to toughen up, it’s hard to keep going when everything seems like shit, and it’s hard to pick yourself up off the ground especially when you are doing it alone. But, you can do it. It might seem hard now, it might seem to weaken your mind at times, but you can get through it. Because the only way to get through it, is by going through it.
